1 March 2021 – Follow the morning routine

Today I am back on my morning routine.

  • Morning routine not only helps me to stay focused on work, but It is also helpful healthwise.
  • The morning routine is full of energy.
  • A morning routine helps me to give time to my family.
  • It gives me enough time for study and other activity
  • The morning routine is a productive routine

Other plans

  • The plan is to follow the Morning routine (5 AM – 9 PM) for the next 5 days and enjoy the process.
  • Flush the negativity this week with a daily affirmation.
  • focus on the present moment
  • Joining Gym today for daily Exercise
  • Complete book time management by Sudhir Dixit
